Since I’m here now, I suppose I could give a little advice.
Cuffs can link 2 or more enemies together in a restricted chain. Every enemy in said chain share health, which means the whole group dies together. Cuffs can also link enemies to stuff such as fireplaces.

Empath, on the other hand, screams out an X pattern of psychic tears whenever an enemy dies. If Empath itself dies, they let out one last scream, making every enemy in the room fire out a + pattern of normal tears.

They all look squishy, though.
